I am the proud mom of two teenagers and one very spoiled golden doodle. I have been a Registered Dietitian (RD) since 2001 and have a passion for helping other hot mess mamas live a life they enjoy again!

I am a salt water girl that loves family, time with friends and home sweet home! I enjoy being on the water, preparing healthy meals for my family and guests, checking out the local goods at the farmers market and learning all about how to help others find their happy place in life.

If you’re anything like me, you have learned a few things in life the hard waylike the effects chronic stress can take on your body over time! I am so grateful for the many blessings in my life, however the journey hasn’t been an easy one for me.  I’ve gone through many set backs in the last 10-15 years that have uniquely positioned me to help you, my fellow hot mess mamas

I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis at the age of 42 and have since recovered from chronic anxiety, depression & insomnia through holistic nutrition & lifestyle solutions! I have thankfully ended my reliance on prescription drugs over the last year and a half.
