I have been a Registered Dietitian (RD) for over 20 years! I have spent the majority of my career in the acute care, hospital setting, leading a large team of highly skilled RD’s over the last 10+ years.
I have a passion for helping people just like you learn how to feel and function better so you can live a life you enjoy and love!
If you’re anything like me, you have learned a few things in life the hard way; like the effect chronic stress can take on your body over time! I am so grateful for the many blessings in my life, however the journey hasn’t been an easy one for me. I’ve gone through many set backs in life that have uniquely positioned me to help you!
I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis at the age of 42 and have since recovered from chronic anxiety, depression & insomnia through holistic nutrition practices & targeted supplementation! I have thankfully ended my reliance on prescription drugs over the last several years.
